ADMINISTRATIVE LAW AS A GLOBAL ADVENTURE AND THE ESCAPADES OF A COMPARATIVIST

This article argues that the practice of teaching administrative law can be enriched with a comparative law approach. Based on the author’s personal experience and intellectual trajectory, the article illustrates some of the benefits, but also some of the challenges and obstacles of adopting a comparative law approach both in research and in the classroom.
