Public Notice No. 7/2016
The JOURNAL OF INSTITUTIONAL STUDIES, which electronically publishes original manuscripts twice a year on institutional theory and related subjects, is making public the deadline extension to papers submission on Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and State Theory, Political Science, Political Philosophy, Law & Economics among others Social Sciences areas.

PUBLIC NOTICE No. 7/2016
Journal of Institutional Studies
DEADLINE EXTENSION
Art. 1º. The Journal of Institutional Studies, a biannual publishing affiliated to the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro Law School – Brazil, electronically available (ISSN 2447-5467), makes public the deadline extension to scientific papers submission and also bibliographic reviews and jurisprudential notes, from national and foreign researchers which may be submitted to evaluation in Portuguese, English, French or Spanish language.
Art. 2º. The Journal receives unpublished and original academic papers, submitted for publication by digital media, which reflect interdisciplinary research based on critical methodologies and approaches related to subjects on Public Law, specially Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Theory of State, or the ones that address institutional issues relating Law and its common fields such as Political Science, Political Philosophy and Economic Analysis of Law.
Art. 3º. The new submission deadline is DECEMBER 15, 2016.
Art. 4º. Papers should be submitted online, without identification of authorship, ensuring blind peer review, and upon registering as an author on the Journal’s website, which can be found at the following link: http://estudosinstitucionais.com/index.php/REI/index.
Section. Submitted papers should follow the Author Guidelines and Submission Preparation Checklist. And further more authors should agree with the Copyright Policy, allavailable on the following link: http://estudosinstitucionais.com/index.php/REI/about/submissions#authorGuidelines.
Art. 5º. Approved papers will be published in the next edition, scheduled for DECEMBER, 2016.
Section 1. In case of a large number of approvals, unpublished manuscripts scheduled for December, 2016 would be allocated in the following edition, planned for the first semester of 2017.
Section 2. Authors are not entitled to any sort of compensation for their published work, or to receive printed copy of the publication, once it is only published electronically.
