Peer Review Process

The JOURNAL OF INSTITUTIONAL STUDIES double blind reviews scientific papers following three steps:

1. Technical Step: analysis of adequacy to Authors Guidelines and ineditism assurance.
2. Double Blind Peer Review. 
3. Editorial Decision: definitive and unappealable decision of Scientific Committee, considering technical and scientific aspects. 

The main contact of the manuscript will be notified of the assessment regardless of the final result.

Book reviews and case law commentaries bypass a simplified review process by the Scientific Committee or one ad hoc evaluator.
